The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this document. Where context requires, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of qq821 is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age. qq821 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification documents may be requested at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately closed with all balances forfeited.
• Residency: You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise legally permitted under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction to access online betting services.
• Legal capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single account: You do not already hold an active qq821 account. Each individual is permitted exactly one account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice.
• Own identity: You are registering under your own true identity and will not impersonate any other person or use fictitious personal details.
• No prior exclusion: You have not previously been self-excluded, permanently banned, or otherwise prohibited from using qq821 or any affiliated platform.
• Sound judgment: You are not acting under the influence of alcohol, medication, or any substance that impairs your judgment at the time of placing a wager.

To access the full range of qq821 Services, you must register a Member account. Registration is free of charge and subject to the following conditions:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details — must be accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for updating your account details promptly should any information change.
• Each Member may hold only one active account. qq821 reserves the right to merge or permanently close duplicate accounts, at its sole discretion, and to retain any balance held in the duplicate account pending a fraud investigation.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. qq821 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to protect your username and password.
• You must notify qq821's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact details are provided in Section 16 (Contact) of these terms.
• qq821 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 per calendar month, applied until the balance reaches zero or the member reactivates the account by logging in and placing a wager.

qq821 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) exclusively. All funds deposited into a Member's Account are held in IDR at face value with no currency conversion applied. The following terms govern all deposit transactions:

• Accepted payment methods: Bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata; e-wallets DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. qq821 may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to daily caps.
• Processing time: Deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are credited to your Account instantly in normal operating conditions. Bank transfers are typically credited within five (5) minutes of confirmation; processing times during peak periods or bank maintenance windows may be longer.
• Deposit source: All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.
• No interest: qq821 does not pay interest on Member account balances. Deposited funds are for wagering purposes only and are not investment instruments.
• Declined transactions: qq821 bears no responsibility for deposits that fail due to issues with your bank or e-wallet provider. In the event of a failed deposit where funds have been debited from your payment account but not credited to your qq821 Balance, please contact support with transaction evidence within 72 hours.

Members may request withdrawals of available real-money funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Verification requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification (see Section 9). qq821 will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not completed identity verification to the required standard.
• Same-method policy: Withdrawals must, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. qq821 reserves the right to apply this rule as an anti-money-laundering measure.
• Processing time: Verified withdrawal requests are processed within fifteen (15) minutes of submission during normal operating hours (00:00–24:00 WIB). qq821 targets sub-three-minute processing for e-wallet withdrawals and sub-five-minute processing for bank transfers; these are operational targets and not contractual guarantees.
• Withdrawal fees: qq821 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, over which qq821 has no control.
• Bonus fund restrictions: Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn. Only the portion of your Balance constituting cleared real-money funds is available for withdrawal at any given time.
• Right to withhold: qq821 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request pending the outcome of a fraud, collusion, or terms-violation investigation. The Member will be notified of any such hold within 48 hours of the withdrawal request.

qq821 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general conditions set out here:

• Wagering requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 20x) will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are published on the relevant promotion page. Live casino games and sports bets typically contribute at a lower rate than slot games.
• Claim window: Bonuses must be claimed within the period stated in the promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• One bonus at a time: Members may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a specific promotion expressly permits stacking. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses concurrently may result in all active bonuses being forfeited.
• Abuse prevention: qq821 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and to close the relevant account — where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation is identified. This includes but is not limited to the use of multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns designed to minimise wagering requirement exposure, or collusion with other Members.
• Seasonal promotions: Special promotions may be offered around Indonesian national holidays and seasonal events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). These promotions carry their own specific terms and timelines.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on qq821. Product-specific rules (e.g., sportsbook handicap rules, live casino table rules, slot volatility disclosures) are published within each relevant game or betting interface and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Final results: All bet settlements are final once confirmed by qq821's system. qq821 will not reverse a settled bet on the basis of a Member's disagreement with the outcome, provided the outcome was determined in accordance with the published rules of the relevant event or game.
• Palpable errors: qq821 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly published in error (a "palpable error"). In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's Balance.
• Sportsbook — event cancellations: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market's settlement conditions are met, the bet will be voided and the stake returned. Rules for specific sports are available within the sportsbook interface.
• Live betting: Bets placed on in-play markets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. qq821 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time during an event without notice.
• Maximum payout: A maximum single-transaction payout cap applies across all qq821 products. Current limits are displayed within each product section. qq821 will not be liable for amounts in excess of the published maximum payout, regardless of the mathematical outcome of the game.
• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a live casino game or slot session, qq821 will attempt to settle the round on the basis of available game data. If a round cannot be settled fairly, the stake will be refunded. Game studio providers' decisions in such matters are binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on qq821. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one qq821 account, whether individually or in coordination with other individuals.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with qq821 Services in place of a human player.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or game malfunctions to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage, or any form of coordinated wagering designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity. qq821 is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or the financing of any illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing qq821 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent qq821's responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion mechanisms, by opening new accounts during an active exclusion period.

qq821 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with international gaming and anti-money-laundering standards. KYC verification may be requested at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at qq821's discretion.

• Required documents: Identity verification typically requires a government-issued photo identification document (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk for Indonesian residents, or a valid passport for non-residents) and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.
• Submission: Documents must be submitted via the designated verification section of the Member's qq821 Account. All submitted documents are handled in strict confidence in accordance with qq821's Privacy Policy (see Section 13).
• Processing time: qq821 targets a 24-hour KYC review turnaround for standard submissions. Complex cases or incomplete submissions may require additional time or supplementary documents.
• Withdrawal hold: qq821 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests pending the completion of KYC verification. Funds will not be forfeited during a verification hold; they remain in the Member's Account.
• Refusal of verification: Where a Member refuses to complete KYC verification, or submits fraudulent documentation, qq821 reserves the right to permanently close the account and withhold any balance pending an investigation.

qq821 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Members seriously. The following tools and policies are in place to support safe play:

• Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

• qq821 is not responsible for any failure or delay in the provision of Services arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures, payment system outages, or force majeure events.
• qq821 does not warrant that its platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Members are responsible for ensuring their own devices and internet connections are adequately secured.
• Betting and gambling involve inherent financial risk. By using qq821 Services, you acknowledge and accept that you may lose some or all funds wagered. qq821 provides no guarantee of winnings.

qq821's collection, use, and storage of Member personal data is governed by the qq821 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. qq821 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by applicable law or as necessary to facilitate payment processing, identity verification, or fraud prevention services.

Material changes will be communicated to Members via the email address registered to their account and/or via a prominent notice on the qq821 platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of qq821 Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using qq821 and may request the withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance in your Account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

qq821 operates under an international gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory requirements of the licensing jurisdiction. These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

Any dispute arising between a Member and qq821 that cannot be resolved through qq821's internal complaints procedure (see Section 16) shall be referred to binding arbitration administered by an internationally recognised arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. qq821 and the Member each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class-action proceeding.
